Are you exhausted, burnt out, off balance? Do you need to recharge and wake up your energy so you can enjoy life to the fullest? If you answered yes to any of these questions then this one day course is for you. The day runs from 10-5pm and has been designed to completely nurture your whole body - so you leave refreshed and renewed, ready to take action and make the changes you need to continue with a balanced body.
We invite you to join us at the beautiful Kaitawa Sanctuary and participate in a day focused on balance. The program, which caters to all needs, has been specifically designed to offer you a rich, holistic and delicious experience. As the course is limited to 12 participants, it offers an intimate and safe space to let yourself fully relax and heal whatever is holding you back.
The day will start with an organic herb tea and introduction, and lead into gentle guided meditation to support change. Then with a combination of easily accessible and safe movement (including Taiji, Yoga, Release technique) to soften the muscles, and balancing practices (including slack line, walking meditation, breath work) to allow realignment of the tissues on a deeper level, the body will slowly respond and lock in new messages. The day will finish with an integrative self-hypnosis mediation to fully embody new pathways at a core level.
Nonviolent Communication (NVC) will be embedded throughout the day, with a focus on the embodiment of the language of needs. An exploration of how the body speaks, and how to listen to the language of the body, will be included.
Light snacks and an organic soup/salad will be offered to encourage the body to relax and be nurtured.
